We’ve really missed you, Ultimate family!! We’ve updated and implemented new cleaning and safety measures for the health of our members and staff, so we can all get back to feeling the fire. Class sizes may not be what you’re used to, but we will adjust accordingly. With that said, classes are back on Monday, June 1 starting at 5 a.m. and the month of June is free of charge for members. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to work back into your favorite workouts.
If you haven’t had the chance to take a class, take a free class and we’ll give you the month of June when you join our UW Fam.

Since You’ve Been Gone

How to book class – it’s not what you’re used to.
We are in the process of updating our app. So, in the meantime, please only book through our website at UltimateWorkout.com. Our previous app will not allow you to book classes. To login, please use the reset password feature using your email on file. If you are unsure of your email on file, please shoot us a text message (402-210-9494). Once you login, please check to make sure your profile information is accurate.All equipment and high-touch surfaces disinfected.
We’re using high quality disinfectant in all common areas before, during and after check-ins. As always, we will be deep cleaning the studio after each class. We’ll disinfect the fire studio, our instructor equipment, lobby, front desk and bathrooms.  After every class, every treadmill, bike, bench, weight, band and mat in the studio will be thoroughly disinfected—even if not in use.


Before Class

Book your class.

Book your spot on our website UltimateWorkout.com until we send the app to be downloaded.Cancel your spot by the deadline.
To allow as many members as possible to workout, we’ll be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy—please remember to cancel 10 hours before class. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class and there is a waitlist, your spot will be given to the next person.

Booking ahead.

You’ll always be able to book classes 7 days ahead unless you have ran out of classes in your monthly package.Ultimate member health check.
At this time, we’ll check the temperature of each member as they enter the lobby. If you have a temperature of 100.4 we will ask you to join us at a future class. If you are sick, please stay home and catch us when you’re recovered and ready to give 100%.

Hand sanitizer.
We have installed 8 hand sanitizer stations with high alcohol concentration. You’ll be covered outside, in the lobby and in the fire studio.

High-touch amenities.

To limit hand-to-hand contact, we’re removing some of the amenities in our bathrooms. They are available upon request – just ask our front desk host staff.

Staff safety and health.

Your Ultimate staff is here to help from a safe distance. Our hosts and instructors will have their temperatures checked before their shift. When necessary, we’ll follow our elevated temperature protocol. Aside from studio cleaning and assisting with equipment, our host staff will remain at the front desk.


Checking In

Hands-free check in.
Let our hosts at the front desk know when you arrive and they’ll check you in. Feel free to wait in your car, but plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins as usual.
Heart rate monitors.
For the time being, we will not be loaning out heart rate monitors. Please see the front desk to purchase your own.Social distancing practices.
Our staff will work to get members in and out of studios. Please maintain 6 feet social distancing in the fire studio.
Water fountain use.
We strongly urge you to bring your own water bottle or purchase a shaker cup from the front desk. Water fountain will be used for bottle refills only.


During and After Your Workout

Towels + sanitizing wipes.
A towel will be placed on your starting station before class begins. We will continue to provide sanitizing wipes at the entrance of our fire studio for you to use during class. Please help out by wiping down your piece of equipment after each round.

Spots booked at a safe distance.
To keep yourself and members safe, please use your assigned spot only. Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces.

Forgot what to do?
It’s been awhile so if you forget how to set up your bike, need a quick reminder of the treadmill functions or a rundown on our benches, reach out to our front desk hosts to set up a quick 1-on-1.

The studio shop.

To make an apparel or supplement purchase, let our front desk staff know and they will have it ready to go after class.

Get your nutrition in line.

Take this opportunity to align your fitness, health and nutrition goals. Just mention it to our front desk host and we will hook you up with a quick nutrition consultation so you’ll know how to fuel your workouts.

High fives.

Ok, we’re bummed too. Let’s hold off on the hugs and high fives and limit person-to-person contact. Lets start with positive affirmation directed to your workout neighbor!

If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the studio until you’re symptom-free and fever-free.  If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative for COVID-19.
