I have played competitive sports from the time I was young all the way into college, so an active lifestyle was something I enjoyed. Once I started my Doctorate program in Physical Therapy, my health and fitness got put on the back burner to focus on my studies. When I would work out, I found myself just going through the motions to get in and out as fast as possible. The stress of school and not taking care of myself took a toll on my mental health at times.
After starting my first job out of school, I realized that I had to get back into shape and improve my health. My friend Jenna kept posting about Ultimate Workout on her social media and insisted that I try. I attended my first class back in June 2020 and was instantly hooked. I knew right away that Ultimate Workout would challenge me physically and get me to be the best version of myself.
The Ultimate Workout End of the Year challenge was something I needed more than I realized. This challenge held me accountable to a nutrition plan and a healthier lifestyle. I learned how to properly fuel my body with healthy foods and supplements with the help of Nutrishop. Shortly after starting the nutrition plan, I noticed a big improvement in my energy and workouts. I am now confident in being able to maintain this plan to achieve goals I have set for myself.
Hands down, there is no other gym that will challenge, push, and motivate you like Ultimate Workout does. The one thing that I appreciate the most about Ultimate Workout is that the staff and instructors make it a priority to get to know you. Ultimate Workout has been a big blessing to me working as a healthcare worker through the pandemic. Ultimate Workout allows me to relieve all my stress and focus solely on myself. It’s a great feeling knowing you belong to a gym that always has your back.
